1. Penerimaan Ketentuan
Dengan mengunduh, memasang, mengakses, atau menggunakan aplikasi MNN Learning, SSW Learning Center, Kana Learning, atau Kanji Learning (masing-masing dan secara bersama disebut "Aplikasi"), Anda menyetujui untuk terikat oleh Ketentuan Layanan ("Ketentuan") ini. Jika Anda tidak menyetujui Ketentuan ini, mohon untuk tidak menggunakan Aplikasi.
Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dan dioperasikan oleh Rawliet.ID ("kami"), sebuah pengembang independen (indie developer) yang berbasis di Indonesia, bukan merupakan badan hukum berbentuk PT maupun CV. Seluruh Aplikasi berada dalam satu ekosistem Rawliet.ID, dengan sebagian besar menggunakan backend Firebase yang sama.
2. Deskripsi Layanan
Aplikasi adalah platform pembelajaran bahasa Jepang yang menyediakan: materi tata bahasa & kosakata (Minna no Nihongo Buku I & II), latihan interaktif (flashcard, kuis, latihan tata bahasa/kosakata), pelatihan kana, ensiklopedia kosakata, simulasi ujian JFT Basic (Premium), fitur AI Sensei (sistem kredit), sistem gamifikasi, dan sinkronisasi progres via cloud.
3. Akun Pengguna
3.1 Pembuatan Akun
Untuk mengakses fitur cloud sync dan Premium, Anda perlu membuat akun dengan email & kata sandi. Anda bertanggung jawab memberikan informasi akurat, menjaga kerahasiaan kata sandi, dan segala aktivitas di bawah akun Anda.
3.2 Mode Tamu
Aplikasi menyediakan Mode Tamu — sebagian fitur dapat dipakai tanpa akun. Progres tidak disinkronkan ke cloud dan hanya tersimpan lokal — dapat hilang jika data aplikasi/browser dihapus atau perangkat diganti. Mode Tamu tidak dapat mengakses fitur Premium.
3.3 Usia Minimum
Aplikasi ditujukan untuk pengguna berusia minimal 13 tahun. Jika Anda berusia di bawah 13 tahun, Anda harus mendapatkan izin dari orang tua atau wali sebelum membuat akun atau menggunakan Aplikasi.
3.4 Penghentian Akun
Kami berhak menangguhkan/menghentikan akun Anda jika ditemukan pelanggaran Ketentuan ini, termasuk upaya memanipulasi sistem verifikasi status Premium.

5. Langganan/Pembelian Premium & Pembayaran
5.1 Metode Upgrade
Otomatis — via payment gateway Duitku (QRIS, e-wallet, VA); status Premium aktif otomatis setelah pembayaran valid. Manual — hubungi admin resmi kami via WhatsApp dengan Member ID & email; status diaktifkan manual setelah verifikasi.
5.2 Harga
Harga Premium ditampilkan di dalam Aplikasi dan dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu tanpa pemberitahuan sebelumnya, kecuali diwajibkan lain oleh hukum yang berlaku.
5.3 Kebijakan Refund/Pengembalian Dana
Pembelian konten digital pada Aplikasi mengikuti kebijakan refund dari platform tempat transaksi dilakukan:
- Pembelian melalui Google Play: kebijakan pengembalian dana mengikuti kebijakan resmi Google Play yang berlaku.
- Pembelian di luar Google Play (mis. melalui Duitku atau pembayaran manual via WhatsApp): Anda dapat menghubungi kami melalui email dukungan (Bagian 13) untuk peninjauan kasus per kasus. Kami akan meninjau setiap permintaan secara wajar dan itikad baik, namun pengembalian dana untuk pembayaran di luar Google Play tidak dijamin otomatis dan bergantung pada hasil peninjauan kasus tersebut.
5.4 Pembayaran di Luar Google Play Billing
Metode pembayaran otomatis (Duitku) dan manual pada Aplikasi berjalan di luar sistem Google Play Billing, dan disediakan sebagai alternatif/pelengkap sesuai dengan kebijakan Google Play Developer Program Policy yang berlaku bagi jenis konten dan model bisnis Aplikasi.
6. Fitur AI Sensei
AI Sensei memproses pertanyaan Anda menggunakan penyedia model AI pihak ketiga. Jawaban bersifat otomatis dan dapat mengandung kesalahan — bukan pengganti pengajaran formal. Penggunaan dibatasi kuota kredit bulanan (berbeda untuk gratis/Premium); kredit tidak terpakai tidak terakumulasi ke bulan berikutnya kecuali dinyatakan lain. Dilarang memasukkan konten ilegal, berbahaya, atau data pribadi sensitif ke percakapan AI Sensei.
7. Konten & Hak Kekayaan Intelektual
Seluruh materi, desain, kode, logo, dan aset visual Aplikasi adalah milik Rawliet.ID atau pemberi lisensinya, dilindungi hukum hak cipta. Anda diberikan lisensi terbatas, non-eksklusif, tidak dapat dipindahtangankan, semata untuk pembelajaran pribadi. Dilarang menyalin, mendistribusikan ulang, reverse-engineer, atau mengeksploitasi Aplikasi/kontennya untuk tujuan komersial tanpa izin tertulis. Riwayat percakapan AI Sensei tetap dapat kami simpan sebagaimana dijelaskan di Kebijakan Privasi.
8. Perilaku Pengguna yang Dilarang
- Menggunakan Aplikasi untuk tujuan ilegal atau melanggar hak pihak lain.
- Memanipulasi/bypass/mengeksploitasi sistem verifikasi Premium atau kredit AI Sensei.
- Reverse-engineering kode Aplikasi atau mekanisme keamanannya.
- Membuat banyak akun untuk menyalahgunakan kuota gratis/kredit AI/promosi.
- Mengunggah konten ilegal, ujaran kebencian, atau berbahaya melalui AI Sensei.
9. Penafian & Batasan Tanggung Jawab
Aplikasi disediakan "sebagaimana adanya" tanpa jaminan tersurat maupun tersirat. Kami tidak menjamin Aplikasi selalu bebas gangguan/bug, meski tersedia mekanisme offline (Service Worker). Materi disediakan untuk edukasi umum, tanpa jaminan hasil belajar/kelulusan ujian sertifikasi (termasuk JFT Basic). Sepanjang diizinkan hukum, kami tidak bertanggung jawab atas kerugian tidak langsung/insidental/konsekuensial. Fitur pembayaran pihak ketiga (Duitku) dan komunikasi WhatsApp berada di luar kendali penuh kami; kegagalan pada layanan tersebut tunduk pada ketentuan masing-masing.
10. Perubahan Layanan
Kami berhak mengubah, menangguhkan, atau menghentikan sebagian/seluruh fitur Aplikasi (termasuk Premium, AI Sensei, atau metode pembayaran) sewaktu-waktu dengan atau tanpa pemberitahuan.
11. Penghentian oleh Pengguna
Anda dapat berhenti menggunakan Aplikasi kapan saja dengan menghapus aplikasi/akun dari perangkat. Untuk penghapusan data akun secara permanen, silakan menghubungi kami melalui Bagian 13 — data Anda akan dihapus dalam waktu maksimal 30 hari sejak permintaan diverifikasi, sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam Kebijakan Privasi Bagian 6.
12. Hukum yang Berlaku
Ketentuan ini diatur oleh dan ditafsirkan sesuai dengan hukum Republik Indonesia, tanpa memperhatikan pertentangan aturan hukum. Setiap perselisihan yang timbul dari atau berkaitan dengan Ketentuan ini akan diselesaikan sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku di Republik Indonesia.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the MNN Learning, SSW Learning Center, Kana Learning, or Kanji Learning app (collectively, the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is developed and operated by Rawliet.ID ("we", "us"), an independent developer based in Indonesia, not a registered legal entity such as a PT or CV. All Apps are part of a single Rawliet.ID ecosystem, with most of them sharing the same Firebase backend.
2. Description of Service
The App is a Japanese-language learning platform providing: grammar & vocabulary materials (Minna no Nihongo Books I & II), interactive exercises (flashcards, quizzes, grammar/vocabulary drills), kana training, a vocabulary encyclopedia, JFT Basic exam simulation (Premium), AI Sensei (credit system), a gamification system, and cloud progress sync.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To access cloud-sync and Premium features you need an account with email & password. You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your password confidential, and all activity under your account.
3.2 Guest Mode
The App offers Guest Mode — some features can be used without an account. Progress is not synced to the cloud and is stored locally only — it may be lost if app/browser data is cleared or the device changes. Guest Mode cannot access Premium features.
3.3 Minimum Age
The App is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you must obtain permission from a parent or guardian before creating an account or using the App.
3.4 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend/terminate your account if a violation of these Terms is found, including attempts to manipulate the Premium status verification system.

5. Premium Subscription/Purchase & Payment
5.1 Upgrade Methods
Automatic — via the Duitku payment gateway (QRIS, e-wallet, VA); Premium activates automatically once payment is valid. Manual — contact our official admin via WhatsApp with Member ID & email; status activated manually after verification.
5.2 Pricing
Premium pricing is shown within the App and may change at any time without prior notice, except as otherwise required by law.
5.3 Refund Policy
Digital purchases made within the App follow the refund policy of the platform on which the transaction was made:
- Purchases made through Google Play: refunds follow Google Play's applicable official policy.
- Purchases made outside Google Play (e.g., via Duitku or manual WhatsApp payment): you may contact us via our support email (Section 13) for case-by-case review. We will review each request in good faith and within a reasonable timeframe; however, refunds for payments made outside Google Play are not automatically guaranteed and depend on the outcome of that review.
5.4 Payments Outside Google Play Billing
The App's automatic (Duitku) and manual payment methods operate outside the Google Play Billing system, and are provided as an alternative/supplementary option in accordance with the applicable Google Play Developer Program Policy for the App's content type and business model.
6. AI Sensei Feature
AI Sensei processes your questions using a third-party AI model provider. Responses are automated and may contain errors — not a substitute for formal instruction. Usage is limited by a monthly credit quota (differing between free/Premium); unused credits do not roll over unless stated otherwise. Entering unlawful, harmful, or sensitive personal content into AI Sensei is prohibited.
7. Content & Intellectual Property Rights
All materials, design, code, logos, and visual assets are the property of Rawliet.ID or its licensors, protected by copyright law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal learning use only. Copying, redistributing, reverse-engineering, or exploiting the App/content commercially without written permission is prohibited. AI Sensei chat history may continue to be stored as described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Prohibited User Conduct
- Using the App for unlawful purposes or in violation of others' rights.
- Manipulating/bypassing/exploiting the Premium verification or AI Sensei credit system.
- Reverse-engineering the App's code or security mechanisms.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse free quotas/AI credits/promotions.
- Submitting unlawful, hateful, or harmful content via AI Sensei.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is" without express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee the App will always be free of disruption/bugs, though offline capability (Service Worker) is provided. Materials are for general education, without guaranteeing learning outcomes or passing any certification exam (including JFT Basic). To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect/incidental/consequential damages. Third-party payment features (Duitku) and WhatsApp communication are outside our full control; failures in those services are subject to their own terms.
10. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App's features (including Premium, AI Sensei, or payment methods) at any time, with or without notice.
11. Termination by User
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting the app/account from your device. For permanent account-data deletion, please contact us via Section 13 — your data will be deleted within a maximum of 30 days of the request being verified, as described in Section 6 of the Privacy Policy.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws applicable in the Republic of Indonesia.
